Lead Nature Engineer

• Lead high-quality project delivery and engineering for nature recovery, rewilding, and river restoration schemes.
• Oversee planning, modelling, designing, and supervising construction of nature schemes.
• Manage projects including re-meandering, weir removals, and fish passes.

This role directly contributes to restoring natural river ecosystems, enhancing biodiversity, and promoting nature recovery across the UK and internationally.

• Experienced engineer with expertise in river restoration, geomorphology, and hydromorphology.
• Proven ability to prepare designs, work schedules, and specifications for contractors.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
