Lead Designer Corporate Communications

• Own end-to-end design of corporate and internal communications assets including presentations, reports, email templates, and digital signage.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, template libraries, and toolkits to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Translate complex business narratives and financial data into clear, compelling visual communications.
• Mentor and provide creative feedback to senior and mid-level designers, raising collective output quality.

• 8+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft across presentations, editorial/report design, and corporate communications.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proven experience designing high-stakes executive-level materials such as board decks, investor presentations, or annual reports.
• Ability to build and maintain scalable design systems or template libraries.

Salary range in the US: $133,000.00 - $214,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
