Lead Data & AI Value Realization

• Operationalize the measurement and tracking of business value generated from AI initiatives, ensuring measurable, credible, and consistent outcomes aligned with enterprise goals.
• Define, track, validate, and report value metrics for all AI initiatives across the enterprise, maintaining dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Partner with Finance and Business Units to ensure consistency in value calculations, conduct ROI and cost-benefit analysis, and maintain department budget and ten-year plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology or related field and minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
• Experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or digital/AI programs with strong analytical and financial modeling skills (ROI, cost-benefit analysis).
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Excel) and understanding of AI use cases and business impact drivers.
• Excellent problem-solving, data validation, and communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
