Lead Curriculum Developer

• Define the multi-year learning roadmap and align curriculum with Technovation's mission.
• Write lessons, design interactive learner experiences, develop facilitator guides, and build LMS content.
• Manage curriculum across platforms, oversee translations, and collaborate with a lean team to continuously improve content.

This role shapes how hundreds of thousands of young people globally learn to solve problems and build with technology, fostering the next generation of innovators and STEM leaders.

• Experience teaching AI, computer science, or other technical subjects to secondary school students.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Creative approach to learning design and experience iterating based on data.
• Experience with content and learning management systems.

Full-time remote position. Salary range within U.S.: $85,000-$105,000; international salary determined by location, experience, and local norms.
