Lead Business Systems Analyst, GTM Systems

• Document detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria aligned with organizational data standards.
• Collaborate with the GTM Systems delivery team to communicate requirements, validate solution architecture, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Lead the identification and resolution of highly complex business challenges within the GTM ecosystem, architecting scalable solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end impact assessments across the Lead-to-Cash process to identify downstream effects on Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer and Partner Experience.

This role enables Workiva's sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently with technology solutions, ultimately helping organizations navigate uncertainty and maintain trust through better data management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of related experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise applications in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Solid functional understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ systems, and the broader Quote-to-Cash process.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
