Launch Operations Principal

• Own and manage the launch of new Via services, from technology implementation to operational setup, ensuring service performance against KPIs.
• Lead a 30+ team of field operators and drivers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and culture setting.
• Manage partner relationships with transit agencies and represent Via to community stakeholders and local officials.
• Drive continuous improvement across vehicle operations, maintenance protocols, and service delivery, identifying cost and efficiency improvements.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in tech operations, startup expansion, or execution-focused consulting.
• Analytical and adaptable, with ability to interpret operational data and make logical business decisions.
• Strong bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Clear, effective communicator with experience managing partner relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 annually. Benefits include free medical plans, 401K matching, catered lunch on Wednesdays, and other perks. Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills.
