Large Project Pursuit Manager

• Support the pursuit and development of complex, high-value opportunities across Hitachi Energy Business Units.
• Lead Capture Teams activities, ensuring effective collaboration and execution throughout the pursuit process.
• Coordinate pursuit activities, contribute to strategy development, and support disciplined execution from early engagement through final agreement.
• Support budget planning, tracking, and reporting for the Mega/Special Projects function.

This role supports the delivery of complex energy projects that advance sustainable energy solutions, helping to shape the future of energy and contribute to a cleaner, more reliable power grid.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years directly involved with customer contact and selling large project solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the energy market and competitors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction and develop strategic partnerships.
