Mission

What you will drive

  • Contribute to land acquisition process from site selection due diligence to agreement execution, including title resolution, curative, survey, and closing activities.
  • Support wind, solar, battery storage, and real estate development from early-stage strategy through financial close and start of construction.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of land documents, GIS tools, project trackers, budgets, schedules, and development tools.
  • Negotiate complex land and site acquisition agreements including leases, purchases, easements, and mineral surface waivers.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, energy, management consulting, finance, or related industry.
  • 1+ years of project management experience.
  • Expertise using Google Suite, ArcGIS, Slack, and land/legal software.
