Land Acquisition Team Member – SPP & ERCOT

• Contribute to land acquisition process from site selection due diligence to agreement execution, including title resolution, curative, survey, and closing activities.
• Support wind, solar, battery storage, and real estate development from early-stage strategy through financial close and start of construction.
• Manage day-to-day administration of land documents, GIS tools, project trackers, budgets, schedules, and development tools.
• Negotiate complex land and site acquisition agreements including leases, purchases, easements, and mineral surface waivers.

This role accelerates the development of renewable energy and modern infrastructure, directly contributing to the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions to preserve the planet for future generations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, energy, management consulting, finance, or related industry.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise using Google Suite, ArcGIS, Slack, and land/legal software.

Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000 total compensation (base salary + bonus in USD).
