What you will drive

  • Manage one or more large-scope land acquisition campaigns from site due diligence to closing.
  • Lead high-level negotiations for complex real estate agreements including leases, purchases, easements, and surface waivers.
  • Manage relationships with landowners and community groups to facilitate strong community engagement.
  • Assist in preparing and updating land acquisition budgets and utilize financial models for project assessment.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of real estate development or acquisition experience, with at least 2 years specifically closing transactions in the renewable energy industry.
  • Skilled in GIS applications, Google Earth, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Strong familiarity with land/environmental policy, mineral interests, and standard land acquisition terms across multiple markets.
