Career Coach - Disabilities

• Provide job-readiness training and one-on-one coaching to individuals with disabilities, focusing on foundational skills for employment.
• Deliver pre-employment and on-the-job training through the Transitions to Work Program, including internship preparation and ongoing support.
• Develop employer partnerships, advise on disability inclusion strategies, and assist with job placement and retention.

This role empowers individuals with disabilities to overcome employment barriers, achieve economic stability, and build meaningful careers, while fostering inclusive workplaces through employer partnerships.

• 1-3 years of experience in workforce development or working with individuals with barriers to employment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (desirable).
• Strong commitment to disability inclusion and understanding of job development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Cape Verdean Creole preferred.
