Mission
What you will drive
- Provide job-readiness training and one-on-one coaching to individuals with disabilities, focusing on foundational skills for employment.
- Deliver pre-employment and on-the-job training through the Transitions to Work Program, including internship preparation and ongoing support.
- Develop employer partnerships, advise on disability inclusion strategies, and assist with job placement and retention.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce development or working with individuals with barriers to employment.
- Associate or bachelorโs degree in human services or related field (desirable).
- Strong commitment to disability inclusion and understanding of job development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Cape Verdean Creole preferred.
