Junior Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate business needs into scalable system transformations.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and support Agile PI planning across multiple development teams.

This role helps Cadmus deliver technology-empowered advisory services to government and commercial clients, driving lasting, impactful change by optimizing business processes and enabling digital transformation.

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio).
• Experience with AI and automation technologies for process optimization.
