Junior Telecom Agile Analyst

• Conduct user research and translate business needs into automated, digitized, and scalable system and process requirements.
• Develop and refine epics, support backlog grooming, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure clear prioritization for delivery.
• Document current and future-state processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive process optimization with stakeholders.
• Manage product backlog, facilitate PI planning, and act as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities.

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Proficiency in technical writing, data-driven analysis, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio).
• Experience with AI and automation technologies for process optimization and digital transformation.
