Junior Process Business Analyst

• Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to drive process optimization.
• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation and facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and strategic objectives.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize functionality requests, and document business requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams using Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Act as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost.

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio).
• Experience in data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and optimization decisions.
