Mission

What you will drive

  • Acquire net new customers and manage full sales cycles for Twilio's social impact organization, focusing on community services, healthcare, NGOs, humanitarian aid, and credit unions.
  • Understand customer business and technical requirements to design solutions using Twilio's communications API platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to address customer needs and drive deals forward.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce, and execute automation strategies to serve a large customer base while preventing churn.
