Senior Motion Designer - The Heist

• Lead the creative execution of motion design projects from concept to final delivery, including styleframes, animation, and 3D scenes.
• Partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors to translate ideas into exceptional motion work.
• Mentor and elevate team members, providing creative and technical guidance.
• Guide projects through production with attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

This role creates positive change by producing compelling visual content that amplifies brand messages and storytelling, inspiring audiences and elevating the quality of creative work in the industry.

• Extensive experience as a motion designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft and creativity.
• Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with creative teams.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to a positive studio culture.
