Art Director, Motion - The Heist

• Lead the visual direction and creative execution of motion design projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, styleframing, and directing motion designers.
• Oversee the production of high-caliber 2D and 3D content for social, branded, commercial, and experiential campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape visual direction across projects ranging from digital micro-content to full-length animated pieces.
• Mentor junior talent and maintain efficiency and clarity throughout the production pipeline.
