Associate, Operations (East Branch) - Northeast TX/OK

• Execute Team Rubicon's strategy to enhance rapid and local disaster response capabilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with disaster assistance organizations at state, county, and city levels.
• Support program delivery of the leadership lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and development of volunteer leaders.
• Provide direct support in coordinating response activities with local, state, federal, and non-governmental agencies.

This role directly strengthens disaster response capabilities in underserved regions, enabling faster and more effective aid to communities in crisis, thereby saving lives and reducing suffering.

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields.
• Proven record of personnel management including recruiting, managing, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
• Proficient with technology tools and remote working for communication and coordination.
• Successful past performance in leading volunteers is highly desired.

Full-time, salary-exempt position with a pay range of $48,936.25 - $68,608.08 per year.
