What you will drive

  • Execute Team Rubicon's strategy to enhance rapid and local disaster response capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with disaster assistance organizations at state, county, and city levels.
  • Support program delivery of the leadership lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and development of volunteer leaders.
  • Provide direct support in coordinating response activities with local, state, federal, and non-governmental agencies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields.
  • Proven record of personnel management including recruiting, managing, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
  • Proficient with technology tools and remote working for communication and coordination.
  • Successful past performance in leading volunteers is highly desired.
