What you will drive

  • Lead, coach, and develop support leads and professionals across multiple product lines to foster a collaborative, customer-centric team culture.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex ERP and accounting-related customer issues, jumping into tickets and customer conversations to guide troubleshooting.
  • Oversee support operations, improve processes, reduce ticket resolution times, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Professional Services to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing software support teams, including managing other people leaders.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Hands-on support leadership experience with ability to handle complex escalations and ERP troubleshooting.
