IT Support Technician

• Provide timely technical support for on-site and remote end users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems including PCs, printers, network equipment, video surveillance, and voice systems.
• Support warehouse technologies and perform basic administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

This role ensures reliable IT infrastructure and support, enabling the organization to efficiently serve customers in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supply industry, contributing to the company's mission of providing excellent service.

• Associate's degree in IT, Business, or similar field.
• 2+ years of Level 1/Level 2 IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware, plus working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, wireless).
