Role details
- Provide timely technical support for on-site and remote end users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems including PCs, printers, network equipment, video surveillance, and voice systems.
- Support warehouse technologies and perform basic administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate's degree in IT, Business, or similar field.
- 2+ years of Level 1/Level 2 IT Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware, plus working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, wireless).
