Junior Accountant

• Perform daily transaction reconciliation and ensure accurate accounting of all activity.
• Maintain inventory records, process banking transactions, and prepare sales tax returns.
• Enter and process non-inventory bills, record inventory transfers, and manage rebate/co-op data.
• Support audit readiness and assist with ad hoc requests and special projects.

By ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance, this role supports the company's ability to provide essential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies efficiently, contributing to the reliability of critical infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Highly collaborative and self-motivated team player.
