Technical Product Manager

• Drive the strategy, development, and delivery of customer-facing digital products, including site search, navigation, and CX platform.
• Conduct user and market research to guide product strategy and prioritize features based on business impact and technical complexity.
• Manage product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with developers to define technical requirements.
• Establish metrics, analyze product performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

By improving the e-commerce experience for plumbing, heating, and HVAC professionals, this role helps tradespeople find and purchase supplies more efficiently, supporting essential infrastructure and small businesses.

• 6+ years in product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Agile experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with on-site search or discovery product ownership, full-stack technologies (React, Java Spring Boot), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
