How to Apply for KIP Spring 2027 - Education Entrepreneurship Lab Intern - Foundation for Economic Education
at Standtogether
๐ข About Standtogether
The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is a 80-year-old nonprofit that advances free-market economics, personal freedom, and entrepreneurship through education and publications. Stand Together Fellowships, which runs this program, is a philanthropic network that invests in social entrepreneurs tackling poverty, education, and other issues. This internship offers a rare chance to work at the intersection of education reform and free-market principles within a mission-driven, remote-first team.
About This Role
As the Education Entrepreneurship Lab Intern, you'll work directly with FEE Education Associate Nasiyah Isra-Ul to grow the Lab's resources, reach, and impact. You'll help position the Lab as the 'Entrepreneur.com for education entrepreneurs' by creating content, conducting research, and supporting outreach to families and founders exploring homeschooling, microschooling, and other choice-enabled models. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education innovation and eager to build an entrepreneurial skill set in a nonprofit setting.
๐ก A Day in the Life
A typical day might involve researching emerging education models, drafting a blog post or social media content for the Lab, and meeting virtually with Nasiyah to brainstorm outreach strategies. You could also be connecting with education entrepreneurs to gather stories or resources, or analyzing data to measure the Lab's impact. Expect a mix of creative, analytical, and collaborative tasks in a supportive remote team.
