DeFi Growth Lead

• Own protocol growth partnerships with core DeFi venues on Solana, driving integrations and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Drive institutional DeFi adoption by bringing asset issuers, market makers, and allocators onto Solana DeFi across perps, lending, spot, and tokenized equities.
• Design and run liquidity and incentive programs with app teams, modeling payout-to-outcome relationships and killing programs that only rent flow.
• Carry trader relations for the Americas, holding named relationships with regional desks and running outbound to bring their flow onchain.

This role accelerates the adoption of decentralized finance on Solana, enabling permissionless financial access and reducing reliance on traditional intermediaries, thereby promoting financial sovereignty and inclusion globally.

• Deep DeFi fluency: understanding of perps microstructure, lending risk parameters, CLMM and vault mechanics, and how incentives drive volume and TVL.
• Track record of moving numbers: experience running growth or BD at a protocol, exchange, market maker, or fund with direct responsibility for TVL, volume, or adoption.
• Institutional credibility: experience sitting across from allocators, market makers, or issuers and closing deals.
• Operator mindset: ability to ship and coordinate across EU and APAC hours while based in the US.
