What you will drive
- Own outbound to trading counterparties across APAC, including prop shops, HFT firms, market makers, quant funds, OTC desks, and onchain-native trading firms, to win them onto Solana.
- Structure and manage counterparty relationships, negotiate terms and rebates, and relay technical needs to product teams.
- Secure allocators and LPs to seed and deepen Solana markets, bringing institutional capital onchain.
- Own key metrics: volume, open interest, active counterparties, onboarded desks, and program ROI.

What makes you a great fit
- Native Mandarin speaker fluent and credible with Greater China desks, funds, and exchanges.
- Existing book of trading relationships across APAC with a track record of moving volume or flow.
- Trading-first fluency: understanding of market microstructure, perps funding, margin, spot liquidity, and execution quality.
- DeFi literacy: understanding of core DeFi primitives, capital efficiency, lending, and RWA tokenization.
