Legal Operations Lead

• Own, configure, and continuously improve the legal team's CLM platform (Ironclad); redesign workflows, build approval logic, and surface data insights.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and legal tech tools across contract review, drafting assistance, compliance monitoring, and matter tracking.
• Build and maintain automations to eliminate repetitive legal tasks using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Draft and redline commercial agreements, maintain contract template library, and manage KYC/KYB verification processes.

This role directly supports the Solana Foundation's mission to advance decentralization and security of the Solana network, enabling a permissionless and user-owned internet. By streamlining legal operations and leveraging AI, the role increases the efficiency and scalability of the legal function, accelerating the foundation's impact.

• 3–7 years of combined legal operations and/or paralegal experience with hands-on CLM platform experience (Ironclad strongly preferred).
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent) and comfort with no-code/low-code environments.
• Strong command of contract fundamentals and high analytical ability.
• Intellectual curiosity about Web3, blockchain, or digital assets.
