Associate Product Manager

• Own features for ACME from discovery through launch, writing clear specs and managing backlog.
• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes integrating ACME with Salesforce.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to represent product and monitor usage via analytics.

This role helps cultural attractions and nonprofits streamline operations and enhance visitor experiences through AI-powered automation and integrations, enabling them to focus on their mission.

• 1–2+ years of product management or PM-adjacent experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce as admin/power user and comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration logic.
• Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with an integration platform (Workato or Zapier preferred).
