Mission
What you will drive
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial tracking across multiple platforms.
- Reconcile deposits from banks, Stripe, and other payment platforms against Salesforce and internal records.
- Support Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, approval workflows, and payment processing.
- Partner with Program and Development teams to track and reconcile restricted and project-based funds.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or nonprofit accounting certification a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with a non-profit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation tools).
- Familiarity with MIP, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Stripe, and donor management systems highly desirable.
