• Design and deliver sophisticated analytical solutions for complex, ambiguous problems involving large-scale, high-dimensional data, setting a high technical bar through sound methodology and statistical rigor.
• Serve as a technical leader within the Data Science community, mentoring data scientists and elevating the quality of analytical work across the organization.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of driving alignment across cross-functional teams through influence without authority, earning trust through expertise.
• Deep expertise in Python or R, SQL, statistics, and modern data science tooling, with a strong foundation in analytical methods and sound judgment.
