Senior Staff AI & Agentic Systems Engineer

• Architect and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks and orchestration layers for AI agent systems.
• Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI agent workflows and developer tooling.
• Drive evaluation frameworks for benchmarking, prompt engineering, and agent reliability.
• Set engineering standards and mentor other engineers while bridging research and product.

This role helps build a new browser infrastructure platform for web automation, advancing Mozilla's mission to make the internet better for people by creating open-source, privacy-respecting AI tools.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on production experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Proficiency in Python or Go, with strong distributed backend systems knowledge.
