Mission
What you will drive
- Lead cross-functional business process improvement and technology implementation initiatives from planning through deployment and long-term operational support.
- Evaluate business workflows across multiple teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into practical workflows, process standards, business requirements, and system configurations.
- Support change management, training, user adoption, and knowledge transfer for new processes and technology.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, business process improvements, system implementations, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows within construction, engineering, manufacturing, automation, project delivery, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative work management tools.
