Senior Virtual Design Construction Drafter

• Produce deliverable sets independently and efficiently following established standards and best practices.
• Initiate deliverable creation by analyzing provided information and determining next steps, identifying information gaps, and gathering missing details.
• Mentor other technicians, delegate responsibilities, and resolve technical issues by leveraging experience and available resources.
• Collaborate with project teams, field personnel, and vendors to clarify missing or conflicting data, and work with project leaders to address significant design challenges.

This role ensures accurate and efficient virtual design and construction deliverables, contributing to the successful execution of industrial projects that power communities and support economic growth.

• High school diploma or associate degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in virtual design and construction, technical modeling, or similar role, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Advanced skills in virtual modeling software, strong understanding of construction documentation, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and advanced project coordination is preferred.
