at Goodstack
🏢 About Goodstack
Goodstack is a fast-growing, AI-native social impact startup backed by General Catalyst (investors in Stripe and Airbnb) that powers global donations and nonprofit technology. They work with major brands like Google, OpenAI, TikTok, and HSBC, and facilitated $5 billion in donations in 2025 alone. Joining means being part of a mission-driven team revolutionizing how the world does good.
About This Role
As a Customer Success Associate for AgentPro, Goodstack's AI-powered grant writing platform, you will own the end-to-end customer journey for nonprofit and corporate clients. You'll ensure clients maximize value from the platform, driving retention and revenue growth while directly enabling more funding for good causes. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, social impact, and customer success.
💡 A Day in the Life
You might start your day with a check-in on customer health metrics, then lead a onboarding call with a new nonprofit client. Later, you could analyze usage data to identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with the product team on feedback, and end with a renewal conversation. Every day is a mix of strategic and tactical work to ensure clients achieve their funding goals.
