Mission

What you will drive

  • Work within a project team environment to support construction projects at the Knolls Site.
  • Develop and define project scope with sponsors, and work with a project team to develop specifications, cost estimates, drawing reviews, and provide engineering support during construction phase for buildings and utility projects.
  • Oversee architectural engineering firms in developing concept designs, construction documents, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and interact with facility staff and contractors.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Structural Engineering and 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience performing structural engineering tasks including development of contract documents, calculations, and cost estimates.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Experience in construction administration (submittal review, RFIs, construction inspections, etc.).
