Sr. Solutions Architect

• Serve as the client-side senior authority on SAP data migration, reviewing and challenging the System Integrator's approach to minimize risk and cost.
• Own day-to-day execution coordination of the client-side data workstream, including task planning, quality monitoring, and cross-domain coordination.
• Ensure data migration activities comply with regulatory requirements and support cutover planning, go/no-go decisions, and post-go-live hypercare.

This role directly supports the Los Alamos National Laboratory's critical mission in nuclear security by ensuring a secure, compliant, and reliable SAP data migration, thereby enhancing the lab's operational integrity and safety.

• Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years leading enterprise SAP data migration workstreams, with at least 4 full-lifecycle S/4HANA programs delivered end-to-end.
• Deep hands-on experience migrating from non-SAP sources (Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft) into SAP, with expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Master Data domains.
• Strong grounding in data migration methodology (ETL, staging, reconciliation, cutover) and regulated-industry experience (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, FedRAMP).
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
