Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as primary point of contact for LifeCycle laptop/PC replacements, ensuring timely migration of software and full functionality.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, remote connection, or in-person, resolving hardware/software/connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and approved software; coach end users on equipment usage.
  • Document work in service management tools, escalate unresolved issues, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate degree with experience or high school diploma with 1-4 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware/software, imaging with SCCM, and software installations (in-person and remote).
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Administration, and ServiceNow incident management.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
