Sr. Solutions Architect

• Design, build, and operate Databricks-based data platforms using medallion architecture.
• Architect and support enterprise data platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Lead migration of legacy/on-prem data warehouses and data lakes to Databricks.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance controls.

This role supports the Los Alamos National Laboratory, contributing to the safety and reliability of nuclear weapons and advancing critical national security missions.

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Apache Spark, and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience migrating enterprise-scale data workloads to Databricks.
• Active Databricks certification(s) required.
