  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including contract management and expansion.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or B2B SaaS Account Management.
  • 2+ years developing or managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Nonprofit or association industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, strategic vision, and organizational skills.
