• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for interim housing guests, ensuring a welcoming and homelike environment.
• Cook large quantities of food following standardized recipes, production sheets, and menus.
• Maintain sanitary conditions during food preparation and delivery, and oversee meal preparation in the absence of the chef.

This role directly supports individuals experiencing homelessness by providing nutritious meals and a welcoming environment, contributing to their stability and well-being.

• One year of experience in a paid culinary setting (preferred).
• Current Food Handling Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
