Residential Coordinator- Swing Shift- (JR 5594)

• Ensure the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests during their stay.
• Provide facility tours and support case managers and program participants in achieving their goals.
• Monitor and maintain interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable and inclusive environment.
• Complete progress notes on every face-to-face/telephone contact with participants.

This role directly supports individuals experiencing homelessness by providing a safe and stable interim housing environment, helping an average of 23 people per week find a place to live.

• All levels of experience and education welcome.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and ethics.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Must pass tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test.
