Senior DevOps Engineer (NOAA badge required)

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code to manage and provision infrastructure across numerous Azure and AWS accounts.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD automation pipelines for rapid and reliable software deployments.
• Collaborate with security experts to translate security requirements into compliant cloud implementations.

This role supports geospatial data processing and Earth science systems that help answer big questions about our health, infrastructure, and changing planet, contributing to societal good through impactful projects.

• 6+ years of software development experience with 3+ years focused on Cloud Technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, JavaScript, and experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and networking tools.
• Active NOAA CAC badge and US Person status (US citizen or legal permanent resident).

Salary range: $145,000 – $175,000 per year (full-time, salaried). Eligible for performance- and profit-based bonuses.
