Medicare Membership & Eligibility Analyst (Temporary)

• Support Medicare operations, sales, and enrollment functions through analysis and interpretation of Medicare and Medi-Cal data, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct complex research and analysis in support of Medicare Operations activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison to internal and external stakeholders.

This role ensures that eligible individuals can access quality health care through Medicare, supporting the organization's mission of providing accessible, quality health care guided by local innovation.

• Knowledge of CMS guidelines related to Medicare sales and enrollment, Medicare Advantage enrollment processes, financial reconciliation, and monthly membership reports.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, present actionable insights, and interpret policies and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience in Medicare membership operations or enrollment eligibility (Master's degree may substitute for two years).

Temporary position; benefits not provided by Alliance but through staffing agency. Compensation: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour (Zone 1) or $34.00 - $45.00 per hour (Zone 2), depending on location.
