Public Affairs Intern

• Support assigned tasks and workstreams across Research, Campaigns, Advocacy, and Communications teams.
• Conduct research and gather information on stakeholders, policy landscape, opposition, public opinion, and media.
• Draft and edit communications materials such as memos, talking points, and social/digital content.
• Support client and partner communications, coordinate tasks and timelines, and help document and improve team processes.

This role directly supports the acceleration of advanced energy deployment across the United States, contributing to the transition to clean, low-carbon energy solutions and helping to build public trust and political alignment for critical infrastructure projects.

• Emerging or early-career experience in public affairs, campaigns, policy, communications, renewable energy, or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with ability to manage time across multiple tasks.
• Comfort using AI tools and openness to adapting as technology evolves.

Part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Hourly pay range: $20 to $30 per hour. Fully remote company with talented employees across the U.S. Equal opportunity employer.
