About This Role
As a Legal Consultant – Products (ECM / Structured Products), you will be the key legal advisor for innovative equity-linked and structured products, guiding them from design through launch, enhancement, and exit. You will draft and negotiate complex capital markets documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions, and help build scalable legal processes. This role is ideal for a capital markets lawyer eager to apply their skills in the dynamic digital assets/fintech space, with the flexibility of remote work.

Your day might start with a call with the client's product team to discuss legal terms for a new equity-linked offering, followed by drafting and negotiating offering documents with external counsel.
