How to Apply for eDiscovery Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead

at Axiomtalentplatform

🏢 About Axiomtalentplatform

Axiom is a leading provider of on-demand legal talent, connecting top attorneys with high-impact corporate legal teams. This role offers the chance to work with a recently public, high-growth company, providing a unique opportunity to build a scalable eDiscovery program from the ground up within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

About This Role

As the eDiscovery Solutions Architect & Implementation Lead, you will be the architect of a defensible legal hold and eDiscovery program, leveraging the client's existing DISCO platform. You'll work directly with senior Legal Operations and Risk & Compliance leaders, making this a highly visible role where your work will have a lasting impact on the company's legal operations.

💡 A Day in the Life

You'll start your day by checking in with the client's Legal Operations lead to discuss progress and any blockers. You'll spend time mapping out workflow diagrams, configuring DISCO settings, and drafting playbooks, interspersed with stakeholder interviews to gather requirements. Afternoons might involve training sessions with legal staff or presenting your recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

🎯 Who Axiomtalentplatform Is Looking For

  • Proven experience leading multiple legal hold and eDiscovery implementations from assessment through adoption, ideally in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Deep expertise with the DISCO platform, including configuration, workflow design, and best practices for legal hold and eDiscovery processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • A strategic thinker who can design scalable processes and create practical documentation, playbooks, and SOPs that empower teams to operate independently.
