Legal Consultant - Anti Trust and Competition

• Provide antitrust oversight for corporate transactions, including due diligence, merger filings, and regulatory approvals across the region.
• Handle regulatory investigations and inquiries from competition authorities, formulating legal arguments and responses.
• Advise on commercial antitrust compliance, including drafting policies and assessing legal risks for business initiatives.
• Coordinate with external counsel and prepare executive committee reports on regulatory matters.

This role ensures that corporate transactions and business practices comply with competition laws, promoting fair markets and preventing anti-competitive behavior that can harm consumers and the economy.

• 6+ years of experience in antitrust and competition law.
• Strong background in merger control, regulatory investigations, and commercial advisory.
• Experience across Southeast Asia competition regimes is an advantage.
• Experience in Tech, FinTech, or Logistics is an advantage.
