AdTech Lawyer

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of AdTech agreements.
• Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

This role ensures that digital advertising practices comply with privacy and data licensing regulations, protecting consumer rights and enabling ethical data use in marketing.

• 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space.
• Proven privacy experience.
• Proven data licensing experience.
• Active bar license in the state where you reside.
