Data Architect (Remote)

• Design, document, and maintain Axiom's enterprise data model, ensuring coherence and consistency across disparate systems and platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and associated assurance mechanisms.
• Define and maintain the data architecture roadmap in coordination with the VP, Enterprise Applications.
• Directly manage the Data Engineer and serve as primary data architecture liaison to Product, Operations, and Data Science functions.

This role ensures that Axiom's data assets are reliable, well-documented, and accessible, enabling the organization to deliver AI-enabled legal services that reduce costs for clients while maintaining high quality, ultimately making legal services more efficient and accessible.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise data models in complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong SQL DDL and DML skills; fluency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python preferred).
• Experience leading technical personnel and developing engineering talent.

Annual base salary range for New York, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Raleigh, and Boston is $156,560 + 20% annual bonus. Benefits include healthcare, life and disability coverage, 401K with company match, paid sick and personal time off, paid parental leave, and more.
