About This Role
As the YEI Project Coordinator, you'll lead a dynamic team to provide employment and training opportunities for justice-involved youth with disabilities in Los Angeles County. 💡 A Day in the Life
Your day might start with a check-in with your team of Career Coaches and Employment Specialists to review caseloads and address challenges. You might then meet with partners from the Probation Department or attend a workforce development board meeting, followed by reviewing program data and budget reports to ensure targets are met. Afternoons could involve site visits or one-on-one coaching sessions to observe and support staff.
