About This Role

As the YEI Project Coordinator, you'll lead a dynamic team to provide employment and training opportunities for justice-involved youth with disabilities in Los Angeles County. Your work will directly impact their ability to build successful futures, while coordinating with key county agencies to ensure program success and compliance.

๐Ÿ’ก A Day in the Life

Your day might start with a check-in with your team of Career Coaches and Employment Specialists to review caseloads and address challenges. You might then meet with partners from the Probation Department or attend a workforce development board meeting, followed by reviewing program data and budget reports to ensure targets are met. Afternoons could involve site visits or one-on-one coaching sessions to observe and support staff.
