Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) Project Coordinator

• Oversee daily operations of the Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) in Los Angeles County, targeting justice-involved youth with disabilities.
• Supervise program staff, including Career Coaches, Employment Specialists, Workforce Development Navigators, and Job Developers.
• Coordinate with key partners such as the Department of Rehabilitation, workforce development boards, Probation Department, and County Office of Education.
• Monitor program performance, data, and budget to ensure compliance and achievement of grant goals.

This role directly supports justice-involved youth with disabilities by providing employment pathways and community reintegration, fostering positive social outcomes and reducing recidivism.

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, youth development, workforce development, rehabilitation counseling, or related fields, plus two years of experience with justice-involved youth with disabilities; OR high school diploma plus four years of supervisory experience in related fields.
• Valid California driver's license and eligibility for Amity vehicle insurance.
• First Aid and CPR certification within six weeks of hire; pass physical exam and TB test.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and data analysis skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
