What you will drive
- Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni in Morocco, conducting regular one-on-one calls and group interactions to understand their journeys, challenges, and career progress.
- Identify, capture, and elevate high-impact alumni success stories to showcase the real impact of ALX programs and inspire future learners.
- Activate alumni engagement by encouraging contributions to the community (events, talks, mentorship) and facilitating connections between alumni and current learners.
- Collect structured feedback, identify trends, and share insights with internal teams to improve programs and alumni engagement strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience in community engagement, communications, education, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and digital communication platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
